Jawline Sculpting - fillers

Jawline sculpting can really transform the look of your jaw. A strong and defined jawline is a trait often seen on Hollywood stars, but unfortunately is not something that we are all born with. An under formed or weak chin can be genetic and can affect a patients overall confidence. Also ageing can lead to the jaw becoming less defined.

Dermal Filler can be used to define the jawline / chin and jowl area, lessening the weakness of a weak chin. Chin filler can lengthen and enhance ones lower facial appearance creating a more balanced profile. Results are immediate and chin filler will typically last 9-12 months.

How does it work ?

Hyaluronic Acid (HA) is one of nature’s most versatile substances. It is found throughout the body and one of its many functions include providing our skin with volume. Dermal fillers are sterile gels consisting of cross-linked HA which can be used to manipulate the soft tissue of the jawline, using dermal filler injections can enhance, define and contour your jawline / chin profile

What to expect during the treatment

A numbing cream will be applied to the jawline area, to make the treatment more comfortable. After around 15 minutes the dermal filler is injected in small amounts in precise locations. This allows total control over the shape and contours created by the procedure. This is where the artistry and skill of the practitioner is really important. The doctor will then massage the product to re-shape the jawline.

Are there any side affects of Jawline Sculpting ?
